Premier Service Contingency Search |
| |
When a client has an urgent need and wants an exceptional level of professional
service, Produce Careers will perform. Produce Careers is committed to providing
the best possible service for a contingency search provided that the search
meets the criteria to be given a "Premier Service" classification. If the
search meets all four of the criteria spelled out below, it will be handled
as a Produce Careers "Premier Service" search.
Urgency - The need must be immediate and urgent. Produce Careers
will immediately start recruiting, screening and qualifying candidates and
the client will set aside times for interviews as qualified candidates become
available. The agreed hiring process will reflect the urgency of the need,
with fast response turnaround when candidates are presented. The client
will commit to a one-day response.
Realistic - The need must be realistic. A discussion with a
Produce Careers professional will establish that the client’s expectations
are realistic. Is compensation commensurate with like-jobs in the same geographic
area? What is the level of experience required to do the job, the education
required, the location, relocation issues, the benefits package, etc.? The
client and Produce Careers need to have a mutual understanding of the realism
of the need and must discuss each element, using our expertise in the produce
industry to ensure a favorable outcome.
Hiring Authority - It is critical that the hiring authority
of the client and the search professionals at Produce Careers have open
communication on a regular basis. Being able to keep both parties apprised
of changes in the specifications, new requirements or any additional details,
is part of the team effort that results in a successful hire. Direct contact
with the key management involved in the interview process will allow for
urgent responses without unnecessary delays.
Fee Agreement - The fee agreement should be signed by the client
and returned to Produce Careers in order to begin the search activity. This
is done to ensure that there is full understanding of the arrangement made
between the two companies.

Standard Contingency Search |

If the client is unable to work with Produce Careers using the "Premier
Service Contingency Search" criteria, a lower priority will be assigned
to the search, and Produce Careers will provide candidates to the client
on an "as received" basis, with a more limited amount of involvement by
its’ professional staff. |
