Description:	Company Description: Grower Shipper/Importer Exporter Year Round Produce Distribution Job Description: Active in all warehouse day-to-day functions: Shipping: Customer Service, Delivery schedule, Transportation Receiving: Customer Service, Quality Control, repacking Consolidation: Inventory Management, Quality Control, Customer Service Provide leadership & direction for warehouse personnel Motivation, Evaluation, Guidance, Personnel Scheduling, Employee relations’ issues, attendance Manage warehouse personnel Work with external departments: Sales, Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Packing, & Shipping & Receiving to ensure high satisfaction level Responsible for scheduling programs for: Equipment maintenance, Facility maintenance, Employee safety, Food safety program, Facility sanitation Control storage, inventory and purchasing of essential warehouse supplies Train employees on proper use of equipment SEASONAL RELOCATION

Special Requirements:	Candidate Requirements: Personnel Management experience, 5 years preferred Inventory Management/Control Experience Fresh Produce Quality Control Experience & Knowledge Strong Understanding of warehouse operations Ability to read and write in English, Spanish Bilingual a PLUS Ability to count accurately and maintain attention to detail Strong Math & Communication skills Team Oriented Trained to operate Forklift & Pallet Jack Willingness to work in Cold Room, temperature controlled environment Self-starter, ability to work early morning hours Strong time management skills Experience with Famous Software, and/or Inventory Managing program SEASONAL RELOCATION
