Description: The Bottling Line Manager will operate, maintain and manage all bottling activities for our custom clients, as well as provide leadership and direction to bottling line employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees logistics of bottling operation while working with QA lab, winemaking, and cellar.
  • Works with Shipping/Receiving Supervisor to coordinate delivery of bottling supplies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technicians as needed to run the line.
  • Supervises and participate in set-up, sanitation, operation, and routine maintenance of bottling line.
  • Establishes bottling Line SOPs including embedded safety policies.
  • Ensures that packaging standards meet established guidelines.
  • Ensures that both equipment and staff comply with relevant OSHA regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures compliance of bottling schedule and staff with relevant labor laws.
  • Trains, develops, motivates, rewards, and disciplines bottling line staff.
  • Prepares and presents regular bottling operational reports.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by General Manager.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Quality conscious person.
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Able to perform basic math.
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Spanish language skills a plus.
