Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to all aspects of laboratory wine analysis and Q.C. This position is responsible for the accuracy of analysis as well as maintaining accuracy in record keeping. This position performs the routine winery analyses using state of the art equipment. Activities include barrel sampling, fermentation checks, analyzes juice, performing evaluation of grapes, juice and wine.

Requirements:
|
Requirements include:- Basic wine chemistry classes, chemistry and or biology background classes, or prior winery experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to multi-task, perform job in a professional manner, work well as a team member, perform precision work, self-starting, organized, possess good communication skill; lab experience preferred, and have working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule with possible overtime during harvest.
