Description: Established company seeking senior level sales professional to manage and direct the company’s sales of world class quality dried fruit products by customer/consumer facing strategies, resulting in the achievement of the owners’ profit objectives.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Develops, executes and directs the marketing and sales tactics in alignment with the company’s mission and strategic objectives
  • Collaborates with the Food’s VP of Sales and Marketing for assignment of customers and prospects
  • Assure the development, growth and assessment of targeted customer relationships and prospects
  • Executes within approved budgets and strategic priorities
  • Employ, manage and direct any division employees in the budget; and responsible for ongoing and no less than biannual developmental feedback and written performance review for direct reports
  • Responsible for sales and marketing forecasts
  • Coordinates with the Foods Operations/Logistic team members to achieve delivery service meeting or exceeding the promised customer expectation.
  • Propose, develop, analyze and report sales metrics measuring achievement of goals and/or predict corrections required to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Propose annual budgets and amendments as necessary to achieve the sales goals
  • Prepare not less than quarterly reports of sales and customer development reporting achievements, shortfalls, required corrective actions; and a preview of the upcoming quarter objectives.
  • Collaborate with accounts receivables to achieve collection and days outstanding goals, and is responsible for the collection of direct account assignments
  • Actively pursues innovation by identification, evaluation and recommendation to investigate new product opportunities, alternative distribution, new concept development, and other ideas to achieve the vision and mission of Company.
