  • Product (quality, consistency, timing, etc.)
  • Productivity (yield, costs, efficiencies, etc.)
  • Sales / Business Development with Retailers and Mass Outlets
  • Financial management and contribution
  • Business and financial plan development and execution
  • Capital project plan development and execution
  • Equipment and facility maintenance and upgrade
  • Resource utilization
  • Governmental relations and compliance (EPA, OSHA, FDA, other)
  • Community relations

    Accountable for:

  • Business and profit results

    Performance measurements, including

  • Customer satisfaction and service levels---Productivity and product mix---Safety and workers’ compensation costs---Sales performance---Team development
