Established company seeking a talented Sales Director for their natural ingredients, marketing to the food manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for executing and improving sales strategies and sales programs
- Selling to mainly industrial accounts and some foodservice
- Increase sales growth by growing broker knowledge
- Oversee sales/ marketing department, goals and objectives
- Identify and communicate market trends
- Identify profitable trade shows and new product opportunities
- Sustain communication with upper management, brokers and staff

Requirements: |
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of Ingredients experience with good industrial contacts and broker knowledge
- BS degree or higher
- Good management and communication skills;
- Willing to travel 50-70%
Compensation:
- $100K plus base salary depending on experience, plus benefits
