- Candidate identification based on client needs to identify the best
talent based on technical skills and character traits.
- Candidate evaluations and assessments to match the desired skills and
traits to the client culture to verify a “fit”.
- Presentation of the candidates to include a detailed summary of the
most qualified candidates for client review.
- Client interviews to determine candidate acceptability based on client
requirements, culture and to communicate the company’s needs, goals, structure
and present situation.
- Negotiation to assist the client and candidate to deliver success by
getting acceptance.
- Follow-up after acceptance to lead the candidate through the resignation
process, to the start date and post start evaluation and feedback.
